No, once you become a Hotondo Homes franchisee all your work will come under the one banner. You will operate under the Hotondo Homes brand.

A builder’s license is required, plus proven building experience. Every franchise needs a sales consultant, estimator and bookkeeper in addition to a builder. We can assist with recruiting the right people into your business to ensure success.
In most cases you will receive an exclusive territory. No other Hotondo Homes builder can build in your territory and all sales leads received for your territory go directly to you.
Each prospective builder will go through an approval process, which involves a series of interviews. Hotondo Homes is looking for the right people, we know that not everyone is a good fit for our network. The selection process provides the opportunity for you to determine if you want to be part of Hotondo Homes, and for us to ensure we are recruiting members that are the right fit for our business.
You will pay a 2.5% Royalty and 1.5% Marketing Levy, per build. In addition you will pay a monthly administration fee that covers your conference attendance and some other costs required in your business.
